When I first heard we were getting a new winter hat made from recycled plastic bottles, I was excited! When I heard it was going to be blue, I was ecstatic! When I heard it was call a "Treeline Pom" hat, I was confused. Can Palm trees even grow in snow? Do we have palm trees in Maine? Isn't a palm tree actually in the grass family? 

Thank goodness the team that makes these know a lot more about trees and hats than I do.
