Amolitta Pasta is a small company passionate about making best quality traditional dried pasta in Portland, Maine.
They imported their equipment from Italy, and work with an Italian pasta master with decades of experience to help perfect their recipes.
Their pasta is made with USA grown durum wheat semolina. It is extruded through bronze dies which imparts a rough texture that clings best to the sauce for better taste. It is dried at lower temperatures over a longer period of time for a true firm to the bite "al dente" quality that is so much more satisfying to eat.
Their packaging is environment friendly made from 100% recycled material and lined with a plant based compostable film.
